About Us
BND Tax & Accounting Services is a business owned by Binh Duong, EA. The business was established in 2020. We conduct everything online including collecting, processing clients’ business data, contacting clients, meeting with clients, doing our services, receiving payment from clients, etc. However, we can meet clients in person if necessary.
We use Quickbook Online to do bookkeeping for clients.
Our goal is to help everyone manage their own finance and/or business well. Only when you manage them well, then you can focus on developing your finance and/or business.
We are currently working on how to serve and help people or small businesses to reduce their stress on their accounting or financial problems.

About the Owner
Binh Duong, the business owner, is an accountant and an enrolled agent, a federally authorized tax practitioner licensed by IRS and empowered by U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Binh graduated from California State University, Los Angeles (also known as Cal State LA) with a B.S. degree, accounting major, in 2016, and with an honor of being in the top 10% of students with outstanding performance.
Before coming to the U.S., she used to work as an accountant and an office administrator for a fan manufacturer and a real estate developing company in Vietnam for a total of five years. After graduating from Cal State LA, Binh worked as an accounting clerk, a bookkeeper, a tax preparer, and an accountant for companies in different industries including accounting firm, restaurant, textile wholesale, food wholesale, real estate, and parking service.
In addition, with the enrolled agent (EA) license, Binh can practice tax matters at any state inside the U.S. She can do tax preparation, tax consulting, working with IRS and local tax agencies on tax settlement for clients, as well as representing the clients before IRS in all tax matters. As an enrolled agent, she is compliant with tax and ethics regulations.
